64 [Bill - Petition of Banks & enforcing of loans &c] Bill, reported by the Board of Jurisprudence "directing the mode and time of making Returns of, and enforcing the right to loans from the several Incorporated Banks in this State" Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 12 o clock assigned for a 3d reading and in the meantime it is committed to the aforementioned Committee.

[Bill - for rendering the decision of Civil causes as speedy & as little expensive as possible] Bill, reported by the Board of Jurisprudence, "for rendering the decision of level causes as speedy and as little expensive as possible" Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 12 o clock assigned for a 3d Reading and in the meantime it is committed to Messrs Messrs Abbot of Castine, Scammon of Saco and Miller of St. George.

[Bill, speedy method of recovering debts & same cost -] Bill, reported by the Board of Jurisprudence "providing a speedy method of Recovering Debts and for preventing unnecessary costs attending the same" Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 11 o'clock assigned for a 3d Reading and in the meantime it is committed to the [preceeding] committee.

[Bill - exempt certain goods from attachment &c] Bill, reported by the Board of Jurisprudence,"to exempt certain goods and chattels of Debtors from attachment & execution and from distress for taxes" Read a first and second time and 11 o clock tomorrow is assigned for a 3d Reading and in the meantime committed to the Committee last abovementioned.
