[Vacancies in Committees filled] Mr. Morrell of Wells is substituted on the Committee appointed at last session on the subject of the Circuit Court of Common Please instead of
[&c] Mr. Shaw of Newport is substituted on the same Committee instead of
[&c] Mr. Libby of Scarboro' is substituted on the same Committee instead of
[Bills reported by the Board of Jurisprudence sent down]. The order that went to the Senate requesting a number of the Bills reported by the Board of Jurisprudence came down, with the Bills requested.
[Bill to tax Banks &c] Bill, reported by the Board of Jurisprudence, "imposing a tax on the Banks within this State" Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 12 o clock assigned for third Reading and in the meantime committed to Messrs Smith of Wiscasset, Francis of Leeds and Nourse of Orrington.
