Bill to incorporate "First Universal Society in Portland. In Senate Jany 13 1821 Passed to be engrossed. sent down for concurrence Read a first and second time and Thursday next at 11 o clock assigned for a third Reading.
[Bill - duties to be paid by certain officers.]
Bill entitled "an act in addition to an Act establishing the duties to be paid by certain officers therein named," is reported without amendment by the Committee on Bills in the 3d Reading and on motion recommitted to the Committee who originally report the Bill.
