8 [William Moody resignation of as Senator]
A communication from William Moody Esqr Senator from the County of York was received notifying the Legislature of his resignation of that office. In the Senate Jany 10 1821. Read and sent down . Read and sent up.
[adjournment] on motion of Mr. Redington of Vassalboro' ordered that when the House adjourn it adjourn to three o'clock this afternoon.
