Senate will adjourn until 9 o clock tomorrow morning. Message from the Senate by Mr Sewall their Secy "Mr Speaker The Senate have directed me to inform the House, that when they adjourn, they shall adjourn until tomorrow morning at nine o clock" — and then he withdrew.

Report of committee on subject of Rumford Bridge The committee appointed to consider the expediency of extending the time in which the Proprietors of Rumford Bridge are authorized to complete the same - reported leave to bring in Bill — report read and accepted.

Bill[underlined] — Rumford Bridge Bill to extend the time for building Rumford Bridge — Read 1st + 2nd time and tomorrow at nine o'clock assigned for a third reading.

Remonstrance & Remonstrance[underlined] of Moses Hodson + others agst petition for annexation of plantation No 1. 3d range to Levant — read and referred to the committee on incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence

Adjourned to meet at this place at nine o clock tomorrow morning.
