required by the Constitution to qualify him to take a seat at the Council Board Mr. Greenleaf of Portland cam up with a message to acquaint the Senate that the House concurred in the proposed convention for the purpose of qualifying Mr. Fillebrown.

Agreeably to assignment the two House met in convention and Thomas Fillebrown Esq came in and took & subscribed the oaths required by the Constitution to qualify him to take a seat at the Council Board

Ordered that the Secretary of State pro tempore notify the Governor that Thomas Fillebrown Esq has taken and subscribed the oaths required by the Constitution to qualify him as a Counselor to advise the Governor in the Executive part of Government the ensuing year. Read & passed - Sent down for concurrence. Came up for concurred. Ordered that all committees appointed by the Senate to be joined by the House Consist of two members only unless the Senate order differently.
