In Senate Sunday Morning June 6 1820.

[Addition to the committee on seal & arms] An Order of the House appointing Messrs Johnson of Belfast & Reid of Waldoboro to the Committee on the part of the House, on the subject of the Seal & arms of the State, came up . Read & Mr Foote joined on the part of the Senate
[Mr. Rose qualified & took his seat] Mr. Potter informed the Senate that he had accompanied Mr. Rose before the President of the Convention & that he had taken & subscribed the oaths required by the constitution to qualify him to take a seat at this Board. Mr. Rose took his seat accordingly.
[Governor message] The Secretary of State pro tempore came in & laid on the table the following Message from the Governor viz.
To the Senate & house of Representatives,
The Secretary will lay before you a communication from the committee appointed by the late convention for the purpose of proving accommodations for the Legislature. Council Chamber, June 6, 1820. Sign.d William King
