This book was begun while I was in college probably in 1886 or 1887. All the earlier entries date back to that time and most often were written down after talking with my father Jan. 25. 1915 Fannie Hardy Eckstorm
Nevertheless, the statements made here concerning family relationships must not be taken as more than approximately accurate. They are probably better than anything which could be ascertained now unless there are church records in Canada. August, 1936 F. H. Eckstorm
