believe entirely, and it is there admitted by registers with valves into these halls out of which the lodge rooms open, and by these registers you can exclude the heat entirely if you wish to or nearly so, and admit as much as you choose. Then of course the amount of heat can be regulated by the amount of steam that passes into this coil. How I wish to be understood so say that there has been no change excepting the renewal of old parts that wear out, in the condition of those lodges, since I have known them, which began early in 1874.
