Mr Littlefield, from the Committee on the Judiciary reported leave to withdraw on petition of B.B. Murray; order of notice to next Legislature on petition of A.M. Chase and others; and asked to be discharged from the further consideration of the petition of Charles Robbins and others; Henry Darling and others; Timothy Boutelle and others, and an order of the 23rd of January relative to an alteration of the laws relating to the sale of ardent spirits, and recommended the reference of the same to the Committee that have under consideration the petition of Edward Kent and others, and also asked to be discharged from the further consideration of the petition of Cyrus Rowe and others; Martin U. Tower and others; Chandler Wood and others; Samuel Wheeler and others; Joseph Hockey and others, and John Hemenway and others, praying that the laws regulating the practice of Physic and Surgery may be repealed and recommending the reference of the same to the Joint Select Committee that have under consideration the petition of Samuel H. Gilman and others - severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
