to that part of said County lying on the westside of the Penobscot River (reported by Mr Swift, from the Committee on Roads and Bridges on petition of Joseph N. Huntington and others, John Knowles and others, John Roundy and others, Bradbury True and others, and Samuel Stetson and others) was read once and the same on motion of Mr Burr was referred to the Delegation of Penobscot. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Cooper Orono Mill Company (reported by Mr Mildram from the Committee on Interior Waters on petition of James N. Cooper and others; -"- to incorporate the Great Works Manufacturing Company (reported in the House by the Committee on Manufactures on petition of Jacob Davis and others; Resolve in favor of Samuel Baker (reported by Mr J. Redman, from the Committee on Military Pensions, on petition of Samuel Baker - severally read once and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

On motion of Mr Severance, the Senate reconsider their vote of yesterday, whereby they assigned tomorrow at eleven o'clock for the second reading of the Bill to incorporate Charleston Academy, and assign this day at eleven o'clock for the second reading of the same.
