Road over the tide waters from Brunswick to the Great Island in Harpswell was read the second time and passed to be engrossed.

Bill to incorporate the Trustees of the Bucksport parsonage fund reported by Mr Soule from the Committee on Parishes on petition of Samuel M. Pond and others, read once and Saturday and at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill additional to increase the Salary of the Register of Probate in the County of Penobscot; Resolve in favor of Able Chapman Jun, -"- in favor of Silas Burton; -"- in favor of John Carltand 2d - severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed Bill for the acceptance of the public money apportioned to the State of Maine on deposit, by the Government of the United States; -"- making appropriations for the support of Government, and the same were severally passed to be enacted.
