Order from the House of Representatives, instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire whether any, and what alterations are necessary in the several laws of this State, regulating the admission of Counsellors, and Attorneys at law to practice in the S.J. Court and C.C. Pleas - read and passed in concurrence.

Order from the House of Representatives, directing the Secretary of State to furnish the Committee on the North Eastern Boundary with such maps and others documents, relating to the subject as many be within his contract - read and passed in concurrence.

Order from the House of Representatives, requesting the Governor to obtain from the proper officer of the Historical Society of Maine, a loan, for the use of the Legislature, of the evidence. proceedings, and documents of the Commissioners under the fourth article of the treaty of Ghent, which were deposited in the Library of that Association, by the American Commissioner - read and passed in concurrence.
