Mr Mildram, from the Committee, to which was referred the Report of the Treasurer of State, on the finances, made a report, which was read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

On motion of Mr Burr. Ordered, That so much of the Treasurer's report as relates to several notes of hand, given by different persons for land, now due, be referred to the Joint Standing Committee on State Lands. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
