Report on Order - requesting a deduction from the valuation of the towns of Bridgeton, Harrison, Otisfield, Raymond & Sebago, that legislation is inexpedient, was read & accepted.

The Committee on engrossed reported as truly engrossed Bill - An Act laying a Tax on the several Counties of this State - - An Act to incorporate the Eden Granite Company - - An Act to incorporate the Muskongus Granite Company - - An Act for the further regulation of the State Prison - - An Act to incorporate the Machias Hotel Company - - An Act to incorporate the Erosophan Adelphi of Waterville College which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
