- An Act to incorporate the Exchange Fire and Marine Insurance Company - An Act to incorporate the Sebec Manufacturing Company - An Act to establish the Androscoggin Canal and Mall Corporation - An Act to establish the Androscoggin Canal and Mill Corporation - An Act to incorporate the Belfast Flannel Manufacturing Company which were severally read 1st and 2nd time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

  Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of increasing the Salary of the Attorney General. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill An Act to incorporate the Machias Water Power and Mill Company, came from the Senate amended, and the House passed the Bill to be engrossed in concurrence.
