239. The House resumed the consideration of the Bill entitled An Act to regulate Banks & othe Corporations and to prohibit the emission and circulation of certain Bank Bills or Notes, in the Committee of the whole House, and having remained some time therein the Committee rose, reported progress and asked & obtained leave to sit again.

 And then the House adjourned.
