Bill - An Act respecting the Maine Stage Company was read a third time & referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the York Granite Company was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading

Bill - An Act to incorporate The Maine Atlantic Granite Company, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - An Act to incorporate The Maine Atlantic granite Company, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10'oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Maine Granite Company, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 O'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed Resolve - making an appropriation for the purpose of instruments and the prosecution of surveys under the direction of the Board of Internal Improvements - in favor of Ichabod Bucknam - to complete the distribution of the School fund of one thousand eight hundred & thirty five which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
