Resolve making an appropriation for the purchase of instruments and the prosecution of surveys render the direction of the Board of Internal Improvements was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill - An Additional act respecting Bridges, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bills - An Act to incorporate the Casco Steam Manufacturing Company, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Bangor and Lower Stillwater Manufacturing Company was read a 1st 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d Reading.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Washington Pipe Clay Company, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading
