Petition of William Emerson and others for incorporation of the Proprietors of the Bangor Pier referred in the House to Messrs Carpenter, Bennoch and Lord came up for concur- rence and the Senate concurred and joined by Messrs Parsons and Grover [right margin] Pet of Wm Emer
