�At a Meeting of the Proprietors at Vernon Head in Boston by Adjournment on Wednesday Nov 8th 1769

 Nath Sparhawk Esq the Moderator being absent

Voted that Thomas Cushing Esq be Moderator pro tempore

 Upon a Motion made the Meeting was further

adjourned to Thursday the 16 Instant to meet at this place at six o'Clock P.M.--

 At a Meeting of the Proprietors at Vernon Head in Boston

on Thursday the 16 Novem according to adjournment Voted that this Meeting be further adjourned till tomorrow at Six o'Clock P.M. then to be held at this Place and the meeting was accordingly adjourned

Pepperell Esq Andrew Oliver jun Esq and Tristram Dalton Esq Mr Cushing W Phillips for all Abigail Bromfield + Mr Adams

 Voted that this Company be henceforth called by the

Name of the Proprietors of Land, in the late Province of Maine holding under the Will of Bridget Phillips late of Boston Widow dec

 Voted that Cole Sparhawk + Mr Adams be desired to

take the Advice of any Person or Persons learned in the Law + report at the next Adjournment Then the Meeting was adjourned to Thursday next at this place at Six Clock P.M.
