Ordered, That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of repealing a law passed March 16th 1830 entitled an act to prevent the destruction of Moose & Deer. Sent up for concurrence.

On motion by Mr Fairly of New Castle

Ordered, That the Committee on the Judiciary take into consideration the expediency of so altering the present laws that they may effectually protect, Real estate, against intrusion thereon, & consequent loss of property to its owners. Sent up for concurrence.
