  Ordered, That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire what alteration of the law relating to the service and taxing of subpoenas in civil proceedings if any, is necessary - also to inquire what further legislation, if any, is necessary to regulate the fees for service of subpoenas and others processes in which t here is no command to make return thereof Sent up for concurrence.
