Petition of John McDonald and others for a Railroad from Milford to Holton Remonstrances of Inhabitants of Topsham against the petition of Moses Mason Jr and others of Zina Hyde and others on same subject were severally read and referred to the Committee on Rail Roads and Canals. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Nathan Smith 2nd of Nathaniel Gray for change of name were severally read and referred to the Committee on change of names.

Report on the petition of Winslow Hall and others was taken from the files of the Senate and recommitted and the House concurred.
