Vernon, Whitmore of Kirkland, Bridges of Charlotte & Lake of Bucksport with such as the Senate may join.

Mildram of Wells, Gerry of Waterford, Cunningham of Swanville, Webb of Bloomfield, White of Windham, Allen of Bangor, Holt of Bluehill, Purrington of Bowdoinham, Packard of Houlton & Tabor of Vassalboro were joined.
