Met according to adjournment.
The Speaker laid before the House a communication from the Treasurer of the State transmitting a printed detailed report of the State of the Finances conformably to the requirements of an Act passed 30th January 1822 which was read and ordered to be laid upon the table.
The Standing Committees of the House were nominated by the Speaker and appointed by the House and are as follows - to wit:
