25 apparel and such other and so much of the personal estate of their deceased husbands as the Judge of Probate shall determine necessary according to their quality and degree and also inquire into the expediency of authorizing the Judge of Probate in their respective Counties to grant license to sell real estate of minor heirs when such sale will in their opinion be for the interest of such heirs, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise, Sent down for concurrence.
