The Senate so far recede from their vote by which they passed to be engrossed the Bill entitled "An Act for the relief of Poor Debtors" as now to pass the same to be engrossed as further amended. Sent down for concurrence.

Ordered That Messrs Ripley & Green be a Committee to consider what compensation shall be allowed to James L. Child for his services as Clerk in preparing copies of all the papers relating to the property owned in common between the Commonwealth of Massachusetts & Maine at the request of the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners on the part of Maine. Read & passed.

Resolve providing for the payment of Military Accounts came up for concurrence in amendments which were concurred in.
