Met according to adjournment.
the list of unfinished business referred from the last to the present Legislature laid on the table by the Secretary on - Tuesday the 10th inst. was taken up, and the several petitions, Bills, Resolves, reports and orders and the papers accompanying each, were referred to the appropriate Committees, as follows, to wit:
Petition of Nathan Philips and others, praying that plantation No. *, called Otis my be incorporated into a town by the name of Southbridge;
-"- of Henry G. Allen and others, praying that then plantation of new Limerick, may be incorporated into a town by the name of Orleans;
-"- of the town of Howland, praying for a division of said town, severally read and referred to the Joint Standing Committee on Incorporation of Towns. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
Petition of John Barker, praying to be set off from Hallowell to Pittston:
-"- of William Fitch and others, praying that a part of Baldwin may be set off to Sebago;
-"- of Thomas J. Ridlon and others, praying to be set off from Baldwin to Sebago,
