on inquiry, reached, as to the truth of
the matter, and what action did you
take in reference to it? A. From
what I heard and saw I came to the
conclusion that there was a scuffle between
Mr. Vaughn and Mr. Hill, one a patient
and one an attendant; that there was not
as much help in restraining him as there
ought to have been. In other words, he
didn't call to his assistance all that he
