Ordered That the Committee on the Pay Roll be instructed to make up the sum of Five dollars to each of the Chaplains who have performed their services, personally or by a substitute in this House during the present session -
Mr Fossett of Bristol & Mr Ricker of Lebanon have leave of absence from and after tomorrow.
Bill - An Act for the further regulation of Banks was read a second time & referred to the Committee on Banks & Banking. Sent up for concurrence.
Bill - An Act to change the name of Bloomfield came from the Senate, that body adhering tp their vote indefinitely postponing the Bill - The House adhere to their vote referring the same to the next Legislature -
Resolve in favor of Patucktown Plantation was read once and indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.
The Committees on Division of Towns - also on Claims - also on Military Pensions were severally discharged in concurrence from further service.
Bill - An Act regulating attachment on real estate "was refused a passage agree ably to the report of the Committee on concurrence with the Senate.
