was taken up and the vote passing the same to be engrossed reconsidered - the Bill amended & then ordered to be re engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

laid on the table by Mr Tobin of Hartford, was read once and referred to Messrs Tobin of Hartford, Hamlin of Hampden & Potter of Augusta -
