Ordered, That the Governor & Council be instructed to transmit to this House the accounts of the Land agent for the last year and the settlement thereof or any other papers necessarily connected therewith. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act prohibiting the emission & circulation of Bank Bills of a small denomination and certain others -
which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence, and the question was taken by yeas & nays and decided as follows yeas 95 nays 70 [ see appendix page 111.]
