Ordered That the Committee on Agriculture be directed to enquire into the expediency of giving a County for the encouragement of the raising and hulling Barley. Sent up for concurrence

Ordered, That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of providing by law - that not more than on indictment shall be found against any town for defect of roads at the same time of a court. Sent up for concurrence.
