Petition of William Emerson and others for incorporation of
the Proprietors of the Bangor Pier referred in the House to
Messrs Carpenter, Bennoch and Lord came up for concur-
rence and the Senate concurred and joined by Messrs Parsons
and Grover

A communication was received from Elias Thomas
Treasurer of State transmitting his annual Report on the
State of the Finances, and the same was read and with the
accompanying Document referred to Messrs Cutler &
Richardson with such as the House may join. Sent down
for concurrence - concurred and Messrs Adams, Neal
and Gilman were joined.
