to adjournment of the Coffee House in Boston -

Voted to adjourn to the 27th of Feby Inst to meet at the Coffee
House in Boston at 6 OClock P. M. and said meeting is
adjourned to Tuesday next accordingly

Voteed that SM Gowan Brown be Moderator of this meeting

Voted to adjourn to the 28th of Feby Ins to meet at the Coffee
House in Boston at 6 OClock P.M. and said meeting is
adjourned to Wednesday next accordingly

Sewall + William Phillips C.M. William Phillips [?] and
Jericho Waters [?] -
Voted that Jericho Waters to Clerk the Proprietors P.O.
in the absence of Mr Avery -
Voted to adjourn to Friday the 2d day of March next
then to meet at the Coffee House in Boston at 6 OClock
P.M. and said meeting is adjourned accordingly
Fryday 2d March 1781 The Proprietors met according to
adjournment - Present Hon. Jeremiah Powell Esq Gowen
Brown, Josiah Waters + William Phillips [?] -
Voted to adjourn to Friday the 16th of March
then to meet at the Coffee House in Boston at 6 OClock P.M.
and said meeting is adjourned accordingly

to meet at the Coffee House in Boston at 6 OClock P.M.
and the Clerk of the Proprietors aforesaid is hereby directed
to notify all the Proprietors of said Land and to serve
their punctual Attendance to determine
are necessary to be taken for the speedy and efficient
Settlement of said Land and said meeting is
